Ancient Calendar & Pagan Holidays: July 24th: Hathor

It’s all about Hathor today as Ancient Egypt would have been throwing a Festival just for her.

While Males identified themselves with Osiris, in Roman times, Hathor was so widespread, females related with her. Patron of Love, Happiness, Music, Dancing, and a ton of other awesome things.

  1. Thank you for this. I have a google alert for anything on the web that comes up Hathor – and your site came in with this page. 🙂 Lovely to see. The ID Hathor is one of my primary guides and by the way, she is a Master of Numbers. 🙂 You should know that in the JCN numerology system, the name HATHOR is a 21 number match to the name LILITH. The odds of this occurring are millions to one.

  2. Oh that’s awesome! I am really glad you found some use out of it. I feel bad now because I usually write more about the holiday, deity, or whatever, but I have my four nieces here along with my three children for three weeks, so I am kind of running all over.
I did NOT know that about the numerology, though. I am jotting it down because I find that sort of thing very interesting.
